Hey anonymous: I may be wrong about this (my gastronomical knowledge being pretty close to nil), but that looks like a Paris-Brest to me.
Well done, Eliezer. It is indeed a giant Paris-Brest. Ordered it because it's apparently something they're known for. To be honest it was only so-so, too-much of a goodish thing.
